- External Resources – Third-party tools or services incorporated where necessary.
Service Performance
Services are provided according to the scope, schedule, and milestones defined in the Agreement. We apply reasonable professional care and operational standards when delivering services.
Project timelines may depend on timely cooperation, approvals, and provision of required information by the client.
Proposals and Scope Validity
Service proposals remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified. After that period, they may be updated.
Any work outside the agreed scope must be approved in writing before proceeding.
Fees, Expenses, and Taxes
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Third-party costs are invoiced separately
- Approved operational expenses may be billed at cost
- Clients are responsible for applicable taxes related to the services
Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid within five (5) days of issuance unless another payment arrangement has been agreed. Payment schedules may follow defined milestones.
Late payments may affect delivery schedules.
Changes to Scope
All change requests must be submitted in writing.
Minor adjustments that do not significantly affect project cost or schedule may be accommodated without formal amendment. Significant modifications require a revised Agreement.
Revised proposals should be accepted within fourteen (14) working days.
Delays and Schedule Adjustments
If delays occur due to missing client information, approvals, or required materials, timelines may be extended accordingly.
Events beyond reasonable operational control may also result in adjusted schedules without constituting breach.
Review and Acceptance of Deliverables
Deliverables undergo internal review prior to submission.
Clients have seven (7) working days to review deliverables and request revisions within scope. If no feedback is received, deliverables may be considered accepted.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful information
- Ensure submitted materials do not violate third-party rights
- Provide timely approvals and communication
- Review deliverables for accuracy
Unless otherwise agreed, final verification remains the client’s responsibility.
Attribution and Portfolio Reference
backmyoffice.com may reference completed service engagements for informational or portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement.
This does not apply to information that is publicly available or lawfully obtained independently.
Independent Contractor Relationship
backmyoffice.com operates as an independent service provider. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, partnership, or joint ownership.
We may engage subcontractors where appropriate while maintaining responsibility for service delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services related to the claim.
Ownership and Use of Deliverables
Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables as agreed.
All internal tools, workflows, and operational methods remain the property of backmyoffice.com unless otherwise transferred in writing.
Support and Maintenance
Additional support services are provided only if separately agreed. Such services may be billed independently. Any warranty may not apply if deliverables are modified without authorization.
Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. The version published on backmyoffice.com at the time of use applies. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any changes.
